When Gooding Discloses Information:
We are not in the business of selling your information. We do, however, need to disclose your information in the following circumstances in the ordinary course of operating our business.

  • Gooding works with third-party service providers who conduct website and application development, hosting, and maintenance as well as other services for us. To the extent it is necessary for these service providers to complete their contractual obligations to Gooding, these third parties may have access to or process your information. The Site allows you to link accounts with third-party services and push certain information regarding your use of the Site to such third-party service providers. The third-party operating the Linked Account will have access to your information for this purpose.
  • Gooding may contact the bank you identify, or the issuer of your credit card, in order to verify that you have sufficient account balances and/or available credit for purchases at auctions, and in such cases Gooding will share your applicable information with such third parties to the extent reasonably necessary for the purposes of conducting such verification.
  • Gooding may make aggregated information available to third parties to assist such parties in understanding our users’ interests, habits, and usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality available through the Site.
  • Gooding may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws, or in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with investigative or law enforcement activity. Gooding also reserves the right to disclose information that we believe is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; to protect Gooding and others from fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate uses or misuse of the Site; to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the Site; or to protect the rights, property, security, and/or safety of Gooding, our users, or others.
