1957 German Grand Prix Helper Armband

Phil Hill accompanied Ferrari to the Nürburgring for the German Grand Prix, though he was not yet driving a single-seater for the team. He was given this "Helper" armband and spent time taking photographs around the Nordschliefe, eventually bearing witness to Juan Manuel Fangio securing his fifth world championship while driving a Maserati.
