1958 Lincoln Continental Mark III Convertible

Ford Motor Company debuted an entirely new Continental for 1958. Departing from body-on-frame models, the Continental Mark III employed advanced unibody construction, a new engine, transmission, and suspension. The 1958, with its 131" wheelbase and 229" overall length, is the longest postwar US convertible ever produced.

Primarily installed in sedans, factory air-conditioning was an extraordinarily uncommon option in the 1958 convertibles.
