The 575M was launched by Ferrari in 2002 as a new and improved 550 Maranello with adaptive independent suspension, enhanced aerodynamics, refined weight distribution, and augmented horsepower, reined in by increased brake power. The 575M was offered with either a gated six-speed or the more popular semiautomatic F1 transaxle, which was capable of 200-millisecond shifting through six gears via column-mounted paddles.
This striking 2004 Ferrari 575M was built with the F1 transaxle and many special-order options including Daytona-style seats, a dark blue dash and leather package shelf, Scuderia shields, and, significantly, the Fiorano Handling Package. Featuring Ferrari’s 515 hp 5.7-liter 12-cylinder engine, the 575M is capable of 0–60 mph in 4.2 seconds, with a top speed of 202 mph.
Wearing Blu Scuro paint over Beige leather, this 575M was acquired by the consignor in 2014 from Gregory Hauser of Sunset Beach, California, with 4,455 miles. Since then, the Ferrari has clocked less than 2,000 additional miles and has been maintained exclusively by Ferrari specialists. In 2013, it underwent a full diagnostic check by Ferrari of Newport Beach, California, and the resulting report accompanies the car, along with numerous service receipts and a detailed CARFAX Vehicle History Report. The sophisticated color combination, Fiorano Handling Package, and low mileage of this 575M make it ultimately desirable, promising a driving experience nothing short of euphoric.
