Gooding & Company is honored to reveal Geared Online | European Sporting & Historic Collection, a curated selection of nine coveted and magnificent automobiles to be offered on its online auction platform.
Preceding the online event, all available lots will be housed in one central location, just north of London, thus providing the opportunity for interested bidders to conduct on-site inspections of the online offerings. To make an appointment to view the collection, please contact email@example.com.

These Geared Online lots are located at a storage facility 40 minutes from central London.
Gooding continues to operate in accordance with local government COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring the health and safety of clients and staff, and is pleased to offer virtual inspections of all lots by appointment. The documentation accompanying each lot is also available for registered bidders to review electronically.

10% of the final bid price (plus VAT on the Buyer’s Premium) for vehicle lots.
The Buyer’s Premium is in addition to the final bid price that is displayed after “Purchased For.”

HOW TO REGISTER
Online bidder registration is available through Gooding & Company’s website and through Gooding & Company’s mobile apps for iOS and Android. After the submission of your application, a Gooding & Company representative will contact you to finalize your registration.
Bidding via telephone and absentee bids is also available for Geared Online. Please see here for more information and to register to bid via telephone or an absentee bid.
Prospective bidders will be required to complete and execute the applicable registration application forms; provide identification (a Driver’s Licence or Passport for individuals and corporate documentation for companies); and provide an original Bank Letter of Guarantee or other form of proof of ability to pay for purchases, in either case, in an amount and in a form acceptable to Gooding in its sole discretion (the “Guarantee”).
Prospective bidders authorise the release of financial information to Gooding for the purposes of verifying ability to pay for purchases.
Please ensure that Gooding & Company receives your completed bidder registration form and Guarantee no later than 24 hours before the close of the Auction.
WAYS TO BID
Registered bidders may participate in the Geared Online Auction via Gooding & Company’s website and/or mobile app. Please first download Gooding & Company’s bidding app through the iTunes store or Google Play store by searching “Gooding & Company”. For more information about bidding or registration please email email@example.com.
For lots offered “without reserve,” bidding will start at $50. For lots with a reserve, bidding will start at half (50%) of the published low estimate. Bidding will then proceed according to the increment table below.
Each bid is final, binding, and irrevocable, and bidders may not change, retract or rescind any bid once made.
In addition to the final bid price (which is the amount displayed after "Purchased For"), the Buyer is required to pay Gooding a percentage of the final bid price, the Buyer’s Premium. This Geared Online Auction will have the following Buyer’s Premiums:
10% of the final bid price (plus VAT on the Buyer’s Premium) for vehicle lots
TAXES AND/OR LICENCE FEES
The Buyer is responsible for determining the relevant taxes and duties payable, as well as any export or import regulations that may apply, and for examining any and all documentation pertaining to the title or registration provided by the Seller and made available by Gooding prior to the Auction, and for determining whether a Vehicle is or can be registered, exported, or imported.
Payment of the full Purchase Price (as defined in the Conditions of Sale) must be received by Gooding by 17.00 pm PDT on Wednesday, 10 February 2021.
Lot Removal and Storage
The Buyer must make immediate arrangements for the collection and transport of all purchased lots. All lots must be removed from the UK storage facility at Buyer’s risk and expense by 17.00 GMT on Friday, 19 February 2021. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in making removal arrangements.
The Buyer is solely responsible for making arrangements for the collection and transport of any purchased lot, but Gooding offers Buyers the following referral for transport and export services:

For any vehicle not timely removed, Buyer will be charged a storage fee of up to £50 (plus VAT) per day, per vehicle. Buyer hereby grants Gooding an irrevocable power of attorney to remove and store purchased lots at a third-party warehouse at Buyer’s risk and expense.
