How to Bid
When you place a bid on the online bidding platform, you will see “WINNING" on the lot page on your screen if you are the current high bidder. If you are not the current high bidder, you will see “OUTBID” and have the opportunity to place another bid.
Each bid is final, binding, and irrevocable as soon as the bidder clicks the “bid” button. The bidder cannot change a bid once it is placed. The only change that will be permitted is to edit a maximum bid to a higher amount.
25% of the final bid price for all automobilia lots
The Buyer’s Premium is in addition to the final bid price that is displayed after “Purchased For.”
Please note that this Auction includes items that are likely not operational or suitable for use or operation. Lots are sold as collector's items only. All sales are "AS IS -- WHERE IS" and with all faults, as more fully set forth in the Conditions of Sale. Please read the Conditions of Sale for the full terms and conditions of sale. Each capitalized term used but not defined below will have the meaning assigned in the Conditions of Sale.
