SANTA MONICA, Calif. (October 28, 2014) – Gooding & Company, the official auction house of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance®, is pleased to announce its new Publicist, Alyssa McGovern, who will manage tactical communications, media relations, and brand development. Alyssa has immediately assumed the full-time position and will begin working on the upcoming 2015 event schedule including the Scottsdale, Amelia Island, and Pebble Beach Auctions.

Alyssa’s established relationships with national outlets including television press, long lead magazines, top-tier daily newspapers, and her work with digital and social media engagement will bring a fresh perspective to the company’s media strategy.
Alyssa joins the luxury auction house from PMK*BNC, a global public relations and marketing firm specializing in entertainment and pop culture. Most recently at PMK*BNC, she managed day-to-day public relations efforts for television shows, major televised industry events and high profile entertainment executives. Previous esteemed clients throughout her career include Showtime Networks, the Television Academy, AOL, and DirecTV among many others.
Prior to public relations, Alyssa worked at WME, the talent and literary agency in Beverly Hills. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Reputation Management and Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi.
