The Rétromobile Paris Auction is a Gooding Christie's event organized by Christie's France SNC (“Christie’s”).

Christie’s welcomes you to this auction event as a professional media representative. The use of any photography and video devices is subject to the rules and conditions set forth below.

Failure to comply with any of the following, or to comply with the instructions of Christie’s personnel and/or any posted signage, may result in Christie’s revoking your filming and photography privileges for this event, and potentially also for future auctions, events and/or other media opportunities. In addition, Christie’s reserves the right to require you to allow Christie’s to inspect any photos and recordings made by you to ensure your compliance with these rules and guidelines and, if necessary, to require you to destroy materials obtained in violation thereof.

Your use of photographic or video recorders of any kind during this event constitutes your agreement to all of the following:

• All photographic and video equipment must be disclosed to Christie’s and approved before entry. This includes but is not limited to recording devices such as video cameras, go-pros, cell phones, tablets or any other device capable of recording still or moving images. Only photographic and video equipment used for professional media purposes may be approved by Christie’s at Christie’s discretion.

• Filming and photography must be contained to public spaces (i.e., “front of house,” and other areas as designated by Christie’s and/or posted signage). All guidelines and directions received from Christie’s staff must be followed.

• Your media badge must be visible at all times while you are in the auction premises and/or at this event.

• If you are permitted into the auction room, any recording devices must be positioned behind the VIP sections on the outside aisles and otherwise in areas as designated by Christie’s. You must ensure to leave a pathway clear in the aisles to maintain a reasonable distance from guests. If you are asked by any Christie’s personnel to adjust your location, position or camera angle, please comply immediately. Do not position cameras within the seating area or occupy seats that are not assigned to you. Do not approach the auction block without permission from a Christie’s representative. After taking the shot, please move back into the designated media area so that other photographers have an opportunity to capture their shots.

• Do not interview any Christie’s staff, attendee or member of the audience without express prior permission from Christie’s publicity department.

• Do not record, film, take still shots or images of any attendee or member of the audience without express prior permission of Christie’s publicity department. Do not point any photographic or video recordings in a manner intended to capture “crowd” shots or images of any specific individuals attending the event.

• Solicitation is not permitted.

• By entering this event, you agree to comply with all applicable policies and procedures Christie’s may communicate, including any posted signage, pertaining to safety, health or other requirements.

You acknowledge and agree that Christie’s is not granting you any rights or permissions for use of third party copyrights, trademarks designs or any other intellectual property (including, but not limited to, and rights in and to items at this auction) (collectively, “Third Party IP”) which may appear in any photographic or video recordings obtained by you (all such photos and recordings referred to herein as “Materials”). Similarly, Christie’s is not granting you any rights or permission to use or include the name, voice, image or likeness (collectively, “Likeness”) of any person, including, but not limited to, event attendees or any individual present at this event. You agree to fully defend and indemnify Christie’s from any claim related to your use of any Third Party IP or Likeness in the Materials.

You acknowledge and agree that you may only use the Materials in connection with editorial content related to this Christie’s auction (The Rétromobile Paris Auction, 29 January, 2026), and in no event shall you, nor shall you permit any third party to, distribute, broadcast, exhibit or otherwise utilize the Materials, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose, including, but not limited to, print, website, advertising, or merchandising.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by your actions (or inactions) during your visit to this facility. Accordingly, please take considerable care to ensure your equipment does not cause any damage to persons or items. For the sake of clarity, you expressly acknowledge and understand that you may not place any equipment on any lot or auction item without obtaining Christie’s prior approval in each instance, which may be provided or withheld at Christie’s sole discretion. You agree to fully defend and indemnify Christie’s from any claim related to any personal injury or property damage caused by your conduct.

You represent and warrant that all information you have provided to Christie’s is true and accurate.
