1996 Bentley Azure

In 1995, the Bentley Azure debuted at Geneva, featuring seductive styling by Pininfarina in collaboration with Bentley’s in-house design team. Hailed as the world’s most powerful four-seat convertible at launch, the Azure was based on the four-seater Continental R and its turbocharged and intercooled 6.75-liter V-8 engine. Delivering 380 hp, the nearly 6,000 lb. Azure accelerated from 0–60 mph in under six seconds, with a 150 mph top speed. Bodyshells were assembled in Italy by Pininfarina, fitted with the automatic convertible top, painted, and then shipped back for final assembly at Bentley’s Crewe works.

Resplendent in Burgundy Metallic paint with Creme and Burgundy Connolly leather upholstery, this 1995 Bentley Azure was formerly part of the renowned Sam Pack Collection and displayed just 9,900 miles when catalogued. In preparation for this offering, the Azure was recently inspected and serviced, including an oil and filter change, fluid top-up, and attention to the brake hydraulics, convertible-top operation, and power windows, plus installation of new tires.
