The Pebble Beach Auctions will feature exceptional examples of the iconic Ferrari F40, Bugatti EB110 Super Sport, RUF CTR Anniversary, Ford GT Heritage Edition, and Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary Edition.

Santa Monica, Calif. (June 17, 2025) — Leading international automotive auction house Gooding Christie’s announces a selection of blue-chip modern supercar favorites for its upcoming Pebble Beach Auctions as the official auction house of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance®. 1990s icons, such as the Ferrari F40 and the Bugatti EB110 Super Sport, will be joined by rare offerings from Porsche, RUF, Singer Vehicle Design, and Lamborghini on the auction stage on Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16, at Gooding Christie’s Pebble Beach showcase.

“These are some of the most desirable performance cars from the modern era, from classic models such as the F40, 993 GT2, and V8 Vantage ‘X-Pack’ to the latest works from RUF and Singer," said David Brynan, Gooding Christie’s Senior Specialist. “In addition to time-capsule examples of the 90s’ most coveted supercars, our Pebble Beach Auctions feature a number of contemporary heritage and anniversary models celebrating some of automotive’s greatest feats throughout the decades, including the Ford GT and the Lamborghini Countach."

Time-capsule, low-mileage supercar icons of the ‘90s from Ferrari and Bugatti lead the pack of modern offerings at the Pebble Beach Auctions. The Ferrari Classiche-certified 1990 Ferrari F40 (Estimate: $3,500,000 – $4,000,000), the 53rd of only 213 US-specification examples, comes to auction with just 1,253 on the odometer at the time of cataloguing. Recently, this F40 was the recipient of a Platinum Award at the 2024 Ferrari Club of America Annual Meet. It is accompanied by its Ferrari Classiche Red Book, Marcel Massini report, books, and tools. The 1994 Bugatti EB110 Super Sport (Estimate: $3,000,000 – $3,500,000), the ultimate iteration of its kind, is one of just 30 regular-production Super Sports ever built, and one of the lowest-mileage examples in existence, showing just over 1,000 km at the time of cataloguing. It presents beautifully in the rare color of Grigio Chiaro Metallizzato

Offerings from RUF and Singer Vehicle Design showcase upgraded versions of Porsche favorites. Fans of the Pfaffenhausen-based German manufacturer will admire the 2021 RUF CTR Anniversary (Estimate: $3,000,000 – $4,000,000), one of only 50 examples built to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the legendary CTR. The first such CTR Anniversary to be offered at public auction, this one-owner example, tastefully finished in classic Irish Green over tan upholstery with fabric inserts, has covered less than 500 miles from new. Gooding Christie’s is also proud to present the stunning “Cielo Mio” commission from the Southern California-based Singer Vehicle Design, the 1990 Porsche 911 Classic Turbo Reimagined by Singer (Estimate: $1,500,000 – $2,000,000). This recently completed Classic Turbo study comes finished in Wolf Blue over an Oxford Blue interior trim, and is powered by a 3.8-liter, twin-turbocharged and intercooled flat-six engine delivering a high-specification 503 hp.

Porsche purists will find interest in two ultra-rare examples finished in the highly sought-after paint-to-sample color of Blutorange (Blood Orange). A 1996 Porsche 993 GT2 Clubsport (Estimate: $1,700,000 – $2,200,000), the only such example finished in Blutorange, comes desirably equipped with the rare Clubsport package. Another exciting offering is the Blutorange 1989 Porsche 930 S Targa (Estimate: $700,000 – $1,000,000), which is believed to be featured on Japanese Porsche importer Mizwa’s stand at the Tokyo Auto Show in 1989. This offering has covered approximately 5,000 km from new and boasts unique features, such as wood trim in the interior and Schroth racing harnesses.

Additional low-mileage performance offerings from the 90s include a time-capsule 1990 Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary Edition (Estimate: $825,000 – $925,000) displaying less than 1,500 km at the time of cataloguing, as well as a 1988 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Volante ‘X-Pack’ (Estimate: $700,000 – $900,000). The Aston Martin, a highly sought-after European-delivered left-hand drive example with the rare ZF five-speed, showed just under 1,800 km at the time of cataloguing.

More modern icons include a virtually-as-delivered condition 2006 Ford GT Heritage Edition (Estimate: $750,000 – $900,000) displaying just four miles from new. One of only 343 Heritage Editions built in 2006, this Ford GT is complete with delivery stickers and accessories. Also on offer is a Crystal Galaxit Black Metallic 2009 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster (Estimate: $400,000 – $500,000) showing just 507 miles from new at the time of cataloguing.

The Pebble Beach Auctions will also present a one-owner 2022 Ferrari F8 Spider (Estimate: $350,000 – $425,000, Without Reserve) finished in the rare Verde British Racing over a Cuoio interior with Alcantara inserts. The catalogue also includes a low-mileage 2023 Lamborghini Huracan STO (Estimate: $300,000 – $400,000) painted in Black with carbon fiber accents, as well as a specially ordered, one-owner 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series (Estimate: $300,000 – $350,000) showing approximately 700 miles at the time of cataloguing.
